Upgrade to existing mechanical plant supplying filtered and conditioned air to 5 major operating theatres. The installation included 2 x air cooled chillers, 2 x air cooled heat pumps, buffer tanks, secondary pumps and HHW and CHW pipe work systems to and external plant enclosure, with pipe work reticulation up to rooftop plant areas and connecting to 4 x new AHU’s, with humidifiers. All controlled via an upgraded and integrated BMS system.
